This CDR Policy explains how Moolah Personal Finance Pty Ltd (ABN 30 676 986 253) (“Moolah”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles CDR data under the Consumer Data Right (CDR) framework.

Moolah is a CDR Representative of Basiq Pty Ltd (ABN 76 601 742 181), an Accredited Data Recipient (ADR).

This means:

• Basiq collects your CDR data directly from your bank or financial institution
• Basiq provides that data to Moolah
• Moolah uses your CDR data to provide features within the Moolah app
• All handling of CDR data must comply with the CDR Rules and Privacy Safeguards

This Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, store, and delete your CDR data, and your rights under the CDR framework.
